The researcher subjected the data generated for this study to appropriate statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics and simple regression. The test for significance was done at 0.05 alpha levels. The study concluded that Education law makes the life of the member of the school community safe, meaningful and indeed worthwhile. The study also concluded that there is significant influence of the knowledge and utilization of education law on effective school planning, control and supervision by the principal in Imo state.
